Canadian Chamber of Commerce

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce works with local business to enact changes in law which have a negative impact on business in the country. The Canadian Chamber of Commerce also fosters a relationship between those businesses, consumers and the Canadian Government.
There are many smaller Chambers which make up the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and each member Chamber has a variety of business types as members. Each smaller Chamber also lobbies on the local level to protect the rights of businesses and prevent Government actions which would prevent those companies from conducting business in the most efficient way.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce also works with other countries in importing and exporting products between those countries. For example, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce may work with the American Chamber of Commerce in order to foster better relations between the two countries and businesses in those countries.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce attempts to make it more simple to conduct business with other countries, providing a boost to the economy and the possibility of jobs as well. When businesses work together, they may bring new jobs to the area by moving one of their locations to that country. This is more likely to happen if the Canadian Chamber of Commerce makes that process more simple and beneficial to those businesses.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce attempts to protect the rights of businesses in that country while attempting to encourage business across the country’s borders.
